Staff Induction

Welcome to the team, from all the staff at Bayton CE Primary School!

Congratulations on your appointment to Bayton CE Primary School, we trust that your time working here will be a long and happy one. The whole staff team will endeavour to make you feel welcome and at home on a day to day basis. There are some aspects of the management of the school which you will need to assimilate into your working practice, and we hope that this induction page will help you integrate quickly and easily into the staff team here.

A key feature in the induction process is to ascertain who your line manager is, because in the first instance they will be the one to offer you support and assistance at all stages.

For the Deputy/Assistant Head the line manager is the Headteacher

For Teachers the line manager is the Headteacher

For Teaching Assistants the immediate line manager is the Assistant Headteacher

For Office Manager and Administration staff the immediate line manager is the Headtacher

For Clerk to Governors the line manager is the Chair of Governors

For Children's Supervisors the immediate line manager is the Headteacher

For Cleaners the immediate line manager is the Headteacher
