Christmas Card Orders

IQ CARDS-CHRISTMAS FUNDRAISER 2021

 

Your child has bought home with them the amazing design they have created. IQ cards can print this design onto a variety of items. Your child's name will be printed onto all the products for that personal touch!

On the reverse of their design, please complete the order form.

Your payment must be made to the school PTA with the order as per the instructions. Please include the name/s of your children on the BACS payment.

All order forms with payment to be returned by FRIDAY 15 October.
